Tom
Hickmore – Writer / Director
Tom Hickmore began his professional filmmaking career
while still a fine art student in the 80’s.
His
video art work was shown at the Museum of Modern Art in New York
and a one-man show at London’s ICA. Since then he has produced
and directed a great many corporate, promotional and viral films. |

Tom’s 1996 short film The Morning After was shown at a variety
of international festivals and was chosen by the Southern Sceen Commission
in a touring exhibition representing the best work from the south of
England.
In September 2002 Tom launched the web site Pimple
TV to develop and explore the potential of the viral video clip.
In May 2003 he released a series of clips, supposed fragments from a
lost 1950’s sex education film which attracted over a million
downloads in a month, plus many emails from punters and professionals
believing the film was genuine.
Tom is at the forefront of providing comedy content for mobile phones.
Clips he has written, directed and produced are presently distributed
by Orange, T-mobile, Vodaphone and 3.
Parallel to his bread and butter work, Tom has long studied feature
films, taking all the standard courses such a Robert McKee, and he has
written five feature scripts. With his wife, the writer
Anita Sullivan, he runs
the Brighton-based production company, Nice
Media. |
D’Israeli
– Design and Backgrounds
Working under the pen name D'Israeli,
Matt Brooker has been a professional comic artist since 1988.
He first came to public attention with the strip TIMULO in Deadline
Magazine, he went on to draw Warren Ellis's first commercial project,
the rancid cyberpunk LAZARUS CHURCHYARD.
He's
worked on a variety of characters, including Sandman, Rugrats,
Batman and Judge Dredd. With writer Ian Edginton he's helped create
the graphic novels Scarlet Traces, Kingdom of the Wicked and Leviathan.

Rory
Cameron - Music Composer
Rory has worked with such luminaries as Curtis Mayfield, Des'ree
and Paul Young, and one of his songs was recorded by Johnny Cash.
He has produced music for film, television, radio and theatre.
He is also a member of the Brighton Beach Boys.
He
runs the Brighton-based music production company, Ochremedia. |
